Impingement Syndrome Shoulder Relief Framework

7 Lessons   Easy

Subscribers only

This module redefines shoulder pain by moving beyond the outdated “impingement” model, which blamed mechanical pinching of tendons as the primary cause. Instead, it highlights new research showing that pain often stems from muscle imbalances, poor movement patterns, inflammation, and nervous system sensitivity—factors that surgery alone can’t fix. The program emphasizes a whole-body, functional approach: assessing posture and lifestyle, improving spine and shoulder blade control, restoring proper movement, and empowering long-term recovery through exercise, education, and self-care. The goal is lasting relief through understanding, not just symptom suppression.

The AC Joint Recovery Method is a step-by-step program designed to help you heal from AC joint injuries by addressing more than just the pain. Rather than relying on surgery or passive treatments, it focuses on restoring balance, strength, and movement across your entire shoulder system—including the rotator cuff, scapula, and posture. You’ll learn how the AC joint works, what aggravates it, and how to systematically reset irritated tissues, reinforce stability, and retrain proper motion. With the right guidance and consistent progress, long-term relief and full shoulder function are within reach.

Bicep Tendon Pain Solution

5 Lessons   Easy

Welcome to The Bicep Tendon Pain Solution! If you’re feeling a nagging ache or throbbing pain in the front of your shoulder—especially during overhead movements—you might be dealing with Bicep Tendinopathy, a common condition, particularly in active individuals. This class is designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools to treat it yourself—think of it as your roadmap to becoming your own shoulder superhero. The bicep muscle has two heads (like a bicycle!), but we’re mainly focused on the long head, whose tendon runs right through your shoulder joint. Whether you’ve heard terms like tendinitis (inflammation) or tendinosis (degeneration), we’ll use the broader term tendinopathy to describe damage to the tendon that needs help healing. This condition typically doesn’t arise from a single traumatic moment but from chronic overloading—repetitive overhead motions like throwing, swimming, gymnastics, or racket sports cause micro-tears that don’t heal properly. Importantly, bicep tendinopathy rarely happens in isolation—about 95% of cases occur alongside other shoulder issues like impingement, rotator cuff tears, labral damage, or instability, all of which feed off each other. So healing the bicep tendon is crucial to stopping a cascade of problems. Pain is usually felt as a deep, aching sensation at the front of the shoulder, worsened by overhead activity or sleeping on the affected side—but don’t worry, this isn’t a ruptured “Popeye” bicep; it’s a repetitive stress injury, and with the right guidance, you can get back to moving pain-free.
